I broke my diet down to one (1) meat, one (1) vegetable, one (1) veggie and a decaf drink. No seasonings, no sweeteners just the plain meal with salt and pepper. After two weeks I started adding one item at a time and understand flour is an item, garlic is an item, bleach sugar is processed, pop tarts are processed, bleached flour is as well processed.
