I am far from an expert, I’d call myself today “An Independent Researcher” more of a tourist guide than a life coach. Mother always said, “Lisa, patience is a virtue.”. So, rather than tell you what you should be doing I’m sharing with you my path of discovery because I felt a duty, a responsibility to share my miraculous change and what brought it about. I’m not trying to reinvent the wheel here.

I’m still getting healthier, I’m still getting better, and still discovering new things which result in continued improvement. Most recently I’ve discovered bone broth, a collagen-rich stock that you can either consume by itself or use in soups.

From the bone broth, we extract collagen to aid in the healing process, it helps maintain elasticity, keep a youthful appearance simply generating a radiance about yourself because of the vitamins and minerals such such as calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus, along with amino acids like glycine do not normally find in our food in a natural form. Please understand, besides the fact I have an allergy to pork I do not in any way shape or form promote pork as “Quality Meat” for ingestion. It’s my understanding pork contains not the only trichinosis it also is a neurotoxin very similar to mad cow disease and Kuru disease.

Give bone broth a try and you may find it one of the most delicious ingredients in your arsenal against inflammation.

Since 2012 I have suffered the effects of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Moreover, through lifestyle changes, I've taken back control of my life and regain much of the independence I thought lost to me. It is for this very reason I wish to share my discoveries with others with the hope that it will serve you as well.
