The following link is to an anti-inflammatory diet pyramid. I eat many of the foods found in this pyramid I found, however, I do generally tend to steer clear of soy except for minimal amounts. I try to avoid all processed foods and view tofu and such as processed. I do recommend downloading the PDF file they have made available to you on their page for your reading enjoyment.
