Pain doesn’t have to be the center of your life. Dwelling on the pain, focusing on how much we hurt, hurts. Live, laugh and love in-the-moment. Take care of yourself so that you have something in your pitcher to share when someone else needs a drink. Take stock in how you feel when you are around others and surround yourself with individuals with whom you find joy to be around. More importantly, if trouble follows you no matter where you go there you are. If trouble follows you everywhere you go you might want to focus a bit more inwardly to rectify the problems with drama in your life.
