It was because of you my readers and fellow pain warriors asking of me to share with you more on how I managed to regain much of my functionality that After CRPS came to fruition, designed for me to journal my journey forward, to understand what got me to where I am today.

paincostssm1As I refill my pitcher this time I’ll blog the path that brought my pain from an 8+ daily to a 3.5 daily starting with the ACPA recommendations of Ten Steps to Better Coping with Pain. As I revisit the processes and incorporate the recommendations of Doctors’ such as Dr Getson and other professionals who recommend non-toxic living, it will be up to you how to share in the journey. Just know that removing the toxins from your world will help you to feel better even if you are not suffering with neurological pain.

Not everyone will receive the same benefits as I or another has. I was not bed bound for months on end or in a wheelchair when I started this either and it is from my situation which I have a perspective and my alone. However, please do not allow this to discount you form modifying the process and finding a level of relief you have been missing.

Remember, that which we project starts from within and how we view our pain, the power of words, understanding the effects of negativity thinking and negative people on ourselves as much as the poisons in our food, our air and the products we put on our skin to feel better and look younger.
