Time Flys

How time flys when you’re not having much fun. Now, don’t get me wrong. We had some adventures when I felt up to it this past month and a half. But the new endeavor of sharing with you my life sorta went on hold. See, we only have so many spoons to use through the course of a day and when it costs you a spoon just to get moving in the morning one tends to ration spoonage.

I’d suppose this is where I insert a random joke about kids throwing silverware away rather than wash it but seriously… Having a handful of energy to accomplish anything and wanting to do more is overwhelming some days. Rest is near impossible to achieve because our rim sleep is disrupted, healing is thereby prolonged, time slips by and people stop calling after you say “no” so many times.

As with anything invisible , sometimes it’s simply hard for others to believe. Blessings be with you…

Since 2012 I have suffered the effects of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Moreover, through lifestyle changes, I've taken back control of my life and regain much of the independence I thought lost to me. It is for this very reason I wish to share my discoveries with others with the hope that it will serve you as well.
